We are looking for a motivated, organized, and collaborative individual who can build strong relationships, manage multiple technical projects simultaneously, and adapt easily to a constantly evolving environment.
Under the supervision of the Senior Director of Development and Engagement, the incumbent manages the progress and delivery of technology projects supporting Oxfam-Québec's communications, campaigns, and fundraising teams. They lead the implementation of digital solutions (databases, websites, engagement platforms, etc.) in collaboration with internal teams and external suppliers, including planning, integration into work processes, and ensuring proper operation. They ensure adherence to budgets, legal requirements, and deadlines, identify necessary resources, and develop an implementation plan including change management.Responsibilities
Digital Transformation Component

Manage a large-scale digital transformation project, including the implementation of a database, website redesign, and the deployment of an engagement platform, in accordance with best practices and legal requirements (including Bill 25).

Manage relationships with suppliers, negotiate agreements, and oversee data migration between platforms, ensuring compliance.
Develop a detailed monitoring plan and delivery schedule, and present monthly reports to the relevant departments, ensuring that requests are met.

Assess the impact of changes, adjust roles and skills, plan training and internal communications, support recruitment, and participate in risk mitigation.

Manage projects, budget, and resources: plan, coordinate, monitor, and facilitate necessary meetings and workshops.

Collaborate closely with technical teams (IT, integrator, data architect, governance and compliance, etc.).
Contribute to maintaining a positive and stimulating work environment through quality relationships with colleagues.
Required skills:
-
Education: University degree in computer science, innovation and digital transformation, business, or equivalent experience.
Professional Project Management (PMP) certification, or equivalent experience (an asset)
Experience: 5 years of experience as a digital or IT project manager, specifically with CRMs
Experience working with third-party implementation and systems integration teams
Knowledge:
Knowledge of non-profit organizations receiving individual donations and engaging in fundraising (an asset).

Knowledge of public communications and fundraising

Knowledge of the roles, profiles, and skills required by organizations undergoing digital transformation and IT.

Knowledge of Bill 25 and the requirements for digital platforms.
Mastery of project management phases and principles and Agile methodology

Languages: Bilingualism (French and English) required for communication within the English-speaking community of Quebec and Oxfam International.

Software:
-Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint) and comfort with technological tools.
-Proficiency in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) tools, open-source platforms (WordPress is an asset), and engagement platforms.
-Knowledge of Prodon, Hubspot, WordPress, and Microsoft is an asset.

Salary: $74,000 to $98,791 (depending on experience)

35 hours/week with flexible hours

Hybrid Work Model: minimum 5 days per month in the office
5 weeks of vacation per year
The holiday period, from the evening of December 23rd to the morning of January 3rd, is considered a non-working period and Paid
